We are looking for a proactive Payroll / Accounts Payable Assistant to support our finance team. In this hybrid role, you'll be key to ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing and managing accounts payable functions efficiently.

Description

  • Assist with accurate payroll processing and related employee queries

  • Manage supplier invoices and payment schedules

  • Reconcile accounts and support month-end reporting

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations

  • Support compliance with internal controls and financial policies

Profile

  • Previous experience in payroll or accounts payable, ideally within Financial Services

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software

  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow
