- Support senior leadership in operational excellence and business development
- Prepare specialized technical consultations and recommendations
- Handle bespoke advisory projects and compliance assignments
- Serve as primary client liaison for assigned portfolios
- Address complex challenges related to international workforce mobility and social insurance implications
- Supervise UK tax filing operations for expatriate clients
- Provide constructive feedback and participate in team member evaluations

- Generate high-quality written materials and guidance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- ATT/CTA qualification (or equivalent professional certification with relevant practical experience)
