Financial Administrator - Wealth Management Location: London (Full Time onsite) Salary: Circa £25,000 - £30,000 per annum Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to join a professional and client-focused team, providing vital administrative support to the firm's financial advisers and operational staff.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth handling of client accounts and the efficient delivery of wealth management services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the financial advisers and paraplanners

• Processing new business applications and investment transactions

• Updating and maintaining client records on internal systems

• Liaising with clients and product providers to obtain necessary information and documentation

• Assisting with the preparation of client reports and correspondence

• Handling queries and ensuring accurate and timely responses

• Supporting compliance processes and ensuring regulatory requirements are met

• General administrative duties to support the wider office operations

Candidate Profile: Deerfoot Recruitment is keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in a financial administration role, ideally within wealth management or financial services (desirable but not essential)

• Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

• The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure

• A professional and client-focused approach
