We are representing a fantastic financial advisory firm looking to hire a motivated and organised individual to join their growing employee benefits team in London.

This is a hybrid working opportunity with fantastic scope to develop your career within a leading financial advisory firm.

You'll work closely with experienced consultants to help deliver high-quality advice on group pension and group risk arrangements, including life assurance, income protection, and private medical schemes.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of advice to clients on workplace pensions (e.g. Teachers' Pension Scheme) and group risk benefits
  • Communicating benefit options clearly to employees and employers
  • Helping prepare presentations, proposals, and client reports and being comfortable presenting to clients.
  • Supporting with new business and onboarding processes

What uur client is looking for:

  • You will have worked in a financial planning/ employee benefits consultancy
  • Knowledge of group pensions and group risk arrangements is essential
  • Strong communication skills - with confidence presenting to individuals and groups
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • Progressing towards a financial planning qualification (e.g. QCF Level 4)
  • Experience in a professional or financial services environment is an advantage
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

If you have experience of SQL too that would be great. You will have primary responsibility of the Treaty Catastrophe Analysis and ideally will have some experience of Treaty modelling and Aggregate exposure too.
