We are currently hiring for a Delegate Sales Executive to join our client's growing team. This role offers the chance to play a key role in delivering high-profile industry events and shaping their success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure client information is consistently updated and maintain smooth communication throughout the process.

  • Actively engage with decision-makers, presenting tailored propositions to secure their participation in our events.

  • Cultivate strong relationships through phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and participation in industry events.

  • Manage the delegate registration process, ensuring that all recruitment and retention targets are met.

  • Meet and exceed your set targets for outreach, meetings, and registrations.

  • Use CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and have proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word for managing communications and records.

  • Identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and suggesting relevant future events.

Previous Experience:
  • Previous sales experience is a bonus, but a strong passion for relationship-building and sales is essential.

  • A focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets and objectives.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

  • A proactive individual with a positive attitude, capable of staying motivated and calm under pressure.

  • Able to work well in a team and contribute to collective success.
