We are supporting our major global fintech client in the search for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a Senior Vice President (and potentially one VP) within an international product organisation. This fully remote, 40-hour-per-week contract (initial 3 months, with potential extension subject to business needs) requires someone who can independently manage complex global calendars, coordinate high-level meetings and events, handle expenses and complex travel, support headcount tracking and hiring coordination, and prepare executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations. You may act as a delegate in internal systems and will be trusted to manage highly confidential matters with discretion. We are seeking a professional with 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Candidates must have prior experience within fintech or financial services. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, stays two steps ahead of shifting priorities, builds strong cross-functional relationships, and takes full ownership of tasks through to resolution.
