- Advise clients on suitable property finance options and structure deals to meet their objectives.
- Source and arrange funding solutions, including bridging loans, development finance, commercial mortgages, and buy-to-let products.
- Manage the full deal lifecycle from initial enquiry and application to completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and professional introducers.
- Prepare detailed financial proposals, credit submissions, and progress updates.
- Keep up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and product updates.
- Ensure all activity complies with FCA regulations and company standards.
- Contribute to business growth by meeting and exceeding revenue and performance targets.
- Minimum 2 3 years experience in property finance, mortgage broking, or commercial finance.
- In-depth understanding of the UK property finance and lending market.
- Proven track record of originating and completing deals.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
- Established network of lenders or introducers advantageous.
