• Manage and grow a CRE portfolio across residential, mixed-use, and commercial property
• Lead and develop a team of Relationship Managers and Analysts
• Originate new deals and structure credit proposals for complex clients
• Liaise across internal teams to ensure efficient, compliant delivery
• Represent the bank externally with clients, brokers, and stakeholders
