As the successful candidate you will have worked within a PE environment, with proven experience taking a company through exit. You will have built and scaled teams, worked closely with CEO's and Private Equity senior stakeholders, you will have multiple M&A exposure.

Key responsibilities include;

1. Manage multiple M&A activity

2. work closely with in house M&A team to challenge them and support future acquisitions

3. Manage a finance transformation programme including a scalable Data Cube and MI transformation

4. Be a key support of the CEO to help get the business ready for exit

5. Manage key banking relationships
