The Role

We are seeking a Business Unit Strategy Analyst to join us on a permanent basis via the Robert Walters Consultancy. Your first assignment will be at Vanguard, in London. For this role, we are seeking candidates with experience in strategy or business analysis, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Conduct strategic, competitive, and product analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Create and present high-quality insights and materials to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and progress.
• Collaborate with leaders to support strategic initiatives and business planning
• Partner with leaders to support strategic initiatives, business planning and contribute to special projects and broader team goals.
• Stay current on industry and competitive trends and leverage new research and insights to strengthen strategic recommendations.

What You Bring

• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, or market research.
• Strong analytical skills with clear, confident communication.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Curious, proactive mindset with a passion for market and industry insights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities.
• Retail Banking and ISA or Sipp experience are preferred.
