Assistant Underwriting Technician - International Programmes

London Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and looking to grow your career in insurance operations? We're looking for an Assistant Underwriting Technician to support multinational business operations for a leading global insurer.

What you'll be doing:

• Support the timely and accurate issuance of policies and documents across international programmes

• Liaise with underwriters, brokers, producing offices and fronting partners to ensure policy requirements are met

• Input and maintain underwriting data across systems such as Geras, Pool Re, One Flow, Global Network Portal, and others

• Administer bordereaux from MGAs and TPAs

• Respond to credit control and e-accounting queries and process necessary corrections

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal data quality standards

• Participate in projects that improve operational effectiveness

What we're looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience with data input and document processing (insurance or financial services preferred)

• Good working knowledge of Excel and Word

• Able to manage deadlines and work under pressure

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude

• A-levels (or equivalent) essential; degree desirable
