Account Handler | Insurance Broker | London/Hybrid | £35 - 50,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a boutique insurance broker in their search for a newly created Account Handler to join their team.

Joining a high performing company, you will be given plenty of exposure, development and career progression - there is opportunity to go down the broker path also!

Your role will encompass working across a variety of existing clients, offering new services or products, resolving complaints, working closely with compliance and collating MI.

Experience required:

• Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Account Handler.
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in an insurance broking environment
• Experience of FCA/EEA/EU regulations.
• Ability to collate management information.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels including senior stakeholder and external clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Able to management your own workload, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & rapport-building abilities.

Please note that you will be required to work in their London office twice a week.
