Role Responsibilities:

As a Reprographics/Mailroom Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of reprographics and mailroom services. Your key duties will include:

• Operating high-volume colour and black & white devices via network connections.
• utilising finishing equipment such as wire/comb binding, guillotining, and laminating.
• Adhering to tight deadlines to meet client requirements.
• Performing administrative tasks, including data input.
• Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries with precision.
• Handling inquiries from clients, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Undertaking general mailroom duties to support the team.
• Engaging in some manual handling tasks as needed.
• Setting up meeting and conference rooms to create welcoming environments.

Candidate Requirements:To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in reprographics to be considered.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to assist your team.
