Road & Ocean Freight CoordinatorLocation: Westminster, LondonSalary: Up to 35,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

We are partnering with a client seeking a skilled Road and Ocean Freight Coordinator to join their London-based team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing both road and ocean freight processes, with hands-on experience in import, export, and cross-trade shipments.

Main Duties:

  • Oversee daily road and ocean freight shipments from start to finish

  • Prepare job files and handle all operational documentation

  • Maintain strong communication and negotiation with suppliers and clients

  • Support sales teams with quotes and service-related information

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in road and ocean freight operations

  • Previous experience doing import shipments for ocean or road shipments

  • Negotiation and pricing skills preferred

  • Strong customer service focus
