Accounts Payable

Part-time role, 20 hours per week

Salary: 20,000 pro rata (based on a full-time equivalent of 35,000)

Bonus (15%) + Generous Pension + Flexible Working

Your tasks:

  • Ensure suppliers are paid on time - you will be the go-to person for making sure everything stays on track
  • Process supplier invoices and post them to our accounting system
  • Process payments for international vendors
  • Prepare weekly BACS payments and handle urgent same-day payments when needed
  • Communicate with suppliers and resolve any queries confidently and professionally
  • Reconcile supplier statements and keeping records up-to-date
  • Manage corporate credit card expenditures and employee expenses

Experience

  • Proven Accounts Payable experience and confidence making payments in multiple currencies
  • Attention to detail and a knack for keeping everything accurate
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
  • Great communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks
