Senior Project Manager - Complex Infrastructure

Salary- 60,000- 75,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Are you ready to take your career to the next level with one of the industry's leading Project & Programme Services teams? I am seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join my client, to work on some of the world's most exciting and prestigious projects.

The role for the Senior Project Manager:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex aviation construction projects within live operational environments. Your collaborative and detail-oriented approach will be crucial in delivering exceptional results for clients and communities across the region.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle for aviation construction projects.
• Lead and direct multi-disciplinary professional teams.
• Advise clients on project costs, schedules, risks, and issues.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Produce comprehensive monthly reports, including project programs and risk registers.
• Implement effective communication tools and develop delivery plans.
• Drive continuous performance improvement and challenge the status quo.

What You Bring as a Senior Project Manager:

• A Project Management qualification (APM, RICS, or similar) or working towards one.
• Proven experience managing construction projects, particularly in live environments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience directing multi-disciplinary teams.
• A solid understanding of pre- and post-contract Project Management responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
