We are currently recruiting for a professional and personable Concierge/Doorman to join a dedicated team based in one of London's most iconic residential garden squares. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys daily interaction with a high-profile and discerning customer base.

As the first point of contact for residents, you will be a visible presence on-site and play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with residents and ensuring a first-class service experience

Please note: This is primarily an outdoor role. A uniform and seasonal clothing are provided year-round.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver concierge services across the allocated residential buildings, including support for vulnerable residents where needed.
  • Act as the main communication point for residents, keeping them informed and updated on building-related matters.
  • Represent the on-site team with professionalism and build trust through consistent, reliable service.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure maintenance and service standards are upheld.
  • Conduct regular building inspections to maintain safety and security.
  • Assist in the upkeep and presentation of garden areas, working alongside landscaping teams.
  • Collaborate with operations and sustainability teams to support wider environmental and community goals.

Schedule

  • Average of 40 hours per week, delivered over a monthly rota.
  • Working hours: 8am - 6pm (includes 1-hour lunch and two 30-minute breaks).
  • Shift pattern: 7 days on / 3 days off, 5 days on / 1 day off, 3 days on / 2 days off.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a premium customer service or concierge-related role.
  • Confident handling sensitive or high-profile client interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of general maintenance procedures.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance required.
