Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out

We're working with a leading Fit Out & Refurbishment contractor who are looking to bring an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team.

You'll be joining a business known for delivering high-end CAT A, CAT B and office fit out projects across London, with values typically ranging from 500k to 10m. This is an excellent opportunity if you're looking to step up, gain more responsibility, and work alongside an experienced Senior QS and Commercial Manager.

Role Overview:

• Managing the commercial aspects of multiple fit out projects

• Preparing and reviewing cost plans, valuations, and variations

• Subcontractor procurement and account management

• Supporting pre-construction and tender processes

• Ensuring projects are delivered on budget while maintaining strong client relationships

What we're looking for:

• Experience as an Assistant or Intermediate QS within fit out / refurbishment

• Strong understanding of JCT contracts

• Confident working independently on packages up to 2m

• Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience)
