This role isn't just about overseeing a function. It's about leading safe, person-centred housing services that meet the needs of diverse communities within a specialist and highly regulated environment. You'll shape and strengthen a high-performing housing team, ensuring the people we support have a secure home and the opportunity to thrive.

Your impact will include:

• Providing hands-on leadership to a dispersed housing team managing over 1,500 units
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory housing requirements
• Ensuring service quality and safety across supported and unsupported housing
• Leading operational delivery of income collection (c. 25m), tenancy management, voids, ASB, disrepair and safeguarding
• Strengthening relationships across internal teams and external housing stakeholders
• Working collaboratively with colleagues in repairs, maintenance and compliance
• Acting as a trusted source of housing expertise across the organisation
• Driving improvement through high-quality performance reporting, coaching and cultural leadership
• Leading on ensuring all Housing Policies and Procedures are up to date and comply with statutory regulations
• Championing excellent customer experience in environments where individuals may have vulnerable needs, requiring a compassionate and adaptable approach

We're looking for an experienced housing professional with a strong track record in supported housing environments. You'll bring deep knowledge of housing law, sector regulation and risk management along with the emotional intelligence, resilience and customer focus to lead in a values-driven organisation.
