- Experience in property maintenance with detailed knowledge of housing construction, disrepair & maintenance service delivery Experience in maintenance surveying with ability to: diagnose complex site problems; propose practical solutions; prepare costed specifications; manage contracts and project manage to resolution, contractors, operatives and site works; demonstrate excellent awareness of costs, value for money and health & safety risks Knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice The ability to be attentive to detail when writing specifications.
