What You'll Be Doing

As a Consultant, you'll play a key role in:

• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with venues, understanding their staffing needs and planning ahead.
• Matching the right people to the right jobs - using our database to find top talent based on both hard and soft skills.
• Taking full ownership of staff delivery numbers, making sure every shift is covered with confidence.
• Being on the ground for key check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring feedback loops are clear and constructive.
• Helping attract great candidates through job ads and other resourcing methods, working closely with our dedicated Resourcers.
• Screening CVs and conducting pre-interviews when needed, ensuring our people meet the highest standards.
• Supporting the training and onboarding process, helping new hires succeed from day one.

You're a natural multi-tasker who thrives under pressure. You've got:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and sound judgement
• A team-first attitude and strong ethical standards
• A talent for time management and staying organised when it matters most

The Details

• This is a 5 out of 7-day role, and due to the nature of our business, weekends and bank holidays are part of the rhythm.
• You'll work flexibly - a mix of on-site presence and working from home depending on the needs of the venues you support.
• We trust you to manage your time to meet the demands of the business - and we support you with the tools and flexibility to do it well.
