Do you have a proven track record of growing income through five and six-figure Corporate Partnerships? Are you a confident fundraising professional who thinks both strategically and creatively? Do you have outstanding presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills? Can you lead and inspire a team in an ambitious and creative environment?
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Partnerships professional to cover a period of maternity leave for up to 12 months from mid July 2025. The Head of Corporate Partnerships, together with their team including a Corporate Partnerships Manager and Officer, will develop and maintain an outstanding portfolio of Corporate Partnerships, including current partnerships with TikTok and luxury jewellers, Pragnell.
To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have:
- A track record of achieving income growth, securing and managing a portfolio of multi-year, high-value relationships from Corporates.
- The ability to think strategically and pragmatically, bringing confidence and creativity when resolving challenges.
- Team leadership and direct line management experience.
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to produce compelling proposals and reports.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Exceptional understanding of budgeting and finance management.
- An excellent understanding of sector trends, challenges and opportunities.
This position is offered as a full-time, fixed-term contract for up to 12 months, depending upon the return of the postholder. The role is based in London with regular travel to Stratford-upon-Avon for events and meetings.
You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some evening and weekend work outside of normal hours. The RSC offers flexible and hybrid ways of working, with the team typically in the office 2-4 days per week.
