Constellation Platinum is our premium staffing solution, supplying experienced, polished hospitality professionals to high-profile events where exceptional standards are essential.

We're now recruiting a Head of Constellation Platinum to lead and grow this high-performing team. This is a key leadership role with both strategic and operational responsibilities, ideal for someone with a strong background in people management, hospitality operations, and premium service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the Constellation Platinum team, who oversee the recruitment, training, and management of a pool of high-quality casual workers
• Ensuring all team members maintain the highest standards of presentation, service, and conduct expected in premium event environments
• Overseeing staff deployment through our internal booking system, ensuring suitable matches for each role and shift
• Managing and supporting your core team to ensure performance targets, service levels, and development goals are met
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with site managers, event leads, and key stakeholders to understand operational needs and shape effective staffing plans
• Collaborating with the wider Constellation and Compass teams to ensure consistency, share insight, and contribute to broader growth and service improvement initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in team leadership and people management, ideally within hospitality, staffing, or events
• A clear understanding of what premium hospitality service looks like, and how to recruit and develop teams to deliver it
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and high standards under pressure
• Confidence using workforce management tools and digital booking platforms
• A collaborative approach, with a commercial mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
