Reporting to: Associate Director, Policy and Impact

Demonstrable experience in running Commercial Due Diligence projects / streams in numerous deals, as well as growth strategy projects (preferably in a similar firm / environment) B2B / industrials / manufacturing Sector experience - in particular deals and growth strategy experience Experience in delivering and managing teams to deliver superior results, ability to find innovative solutions to complex issues Ability to develop and inspire junior team Knowledge / credential development and contribute more widely to running the team and to BDO Awareness / working knowledge of quality, ethics and independence
