You will have the opportunity to lead a diverse Residential Property Team and play a pivotal role in the firm s long-term growth strategy.

Duties include:

• Heading up the Residential Property Team, assisting with more complex issues and contributing to the growth of the department
• Managing a caseload of Residential Property matters on a day-to-day basis
• Contributing heavily to business development efforts, offering growth in existing markets and exploring growth channels in new markets

The successful candidate will have/be:

• 8+ years PQE
• Strong experience managing a Residential Property Team
• Networking expertise with the ability to secure new business for the firm
• Experience managing a caseload day-to-day
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Package:
