A respected London-based law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Real Estate division in a full-time, permanent role. This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor with between NQ and 3 years' post-qualification experience who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, high-quality commercial property environment. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will work alongside experienced professionals on a range of transactions, from acquisitions and disposals to landlord and tenant matters and development projects.

This role offers broad exposure across the real estate sector, and is particularly well-suited to a Commercial Property Solicitor seeking client contact, varied work, and the chance to be involved in strategic decision-making. Working in a collaborative team, the Commercial Property Solicitor will support institutional investors, developers, and occupiers across the UK and internationally.

The Commercial Property Solicitor's role

The Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for handling their own caseload, including drafting and negotiating leases, managing freehold and leasehold transactions, advising on title and planning issues, and supporting property finance deals. You will also be expected to assist in larger team-based projects and cross-departmental work, especially in connection with corporate and construction matters.

This is a client-facing position offering the opportunity to contribute to business development, take ownership of transactions, and support junior colleagues where appropriate. The successful candidate will be encouraged to develop both technical expertise and commercial awareness.

The Commercial Property Solicitor

To be considered for the Commercial Property Solicitor role, applicants must have:

  • A UK legal qualification (or equivalent).

  • 0-3 years' PQE in commercial property or real estate law.

  • Solid experience handling a range of real estate transactions.

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with commercial acumen.

In Return?
  • Competitive salary: 50,000- 70,000 depending on experience.

  • Access to high-calibre clients and complex transactions.

  • Supportive and forward-thinking working environment.

  • Structured professional development and clear progression routes.
