We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal with Commercial experience to join a law firm based in Central London.

Firm

Our client, a L500 and Chambers UK ranked firm, are seeking a Paralegal to support their Commercial team.

Opportunity

As a Paralegal for the firm's Commercial team, you will play an essential role in supporting the firm's lawyers with a variety of tasks. You will be involved in both administrative and legal processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the team.

Duties will include:

  • Manage and organise calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members
  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Assist with the preparation of contracts, agreements, and commercial documents
  • Coordinate and manage client communications, ensuring timely follow-up and responses
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Organise complex travel arrangements and accommodation for the team
  • Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic), ensuring documents are easily accessible
  • Support the team with billing and time-keeping tasks as required
  • Attend client meetings and take minutes where appropriate
  • Assist with billing

This paralegal opportunity is a part time (3 days per week), permanent role, with a FTE salary of up to 38,000.

Requirements

  • Billing experience
  • At least 6 month's experience working as a Paralegal or Legal PA for a Commercial team
