Commercial Paralegal - London

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Paralegal to work within an established commercial firm based in the centre of London. Established over 20 years ago this dynamic private practice is seeking a commercial paralegal to join their busy and thriving company commercial department.

This role would be well suited to a commercial paralegal with at least two years of experience in Company commercial law. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and hands-on experience of buying and selling businesses and general company commercial law.

The role:

• Assisting with company commercial matters such as contracts, contracts, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions and various corporate issues.
• Assisting the sale and purchase of businesses.
• Working on asset sales/purchases and share sales/purchases
• Receiving due diligence
• Preparation and review of contracts and associated documentation
• Raising and replying to enquiries
• Supporting senior fee earners
