They are committed to supporting care leavers and ensuring all their services meet the highest regulatory standards.As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:
- Lead the care team to deliver safe, person-centred care.
- Regularly review residents' needs and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Support the Registered Manager and assume full responsibility in their absence.
- Oversee clinical competencies such as PEG feeds, tracheostomy, and wound care.
- Induct, supervise, and support team members.
- Complete care audits and liaise with family members and professionals.
- Monitor risks and ensure administrative records are up to date.
- Contribute to clinical policy development and work with a multidisciplinary team.
- Annual salary of up to 65,000.
