As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Dental Clinic Manager with a strong background in business development and dental practice management to lead our exceptional team.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery
Drive new patient acquisition and implement growth strategies to expand the clinic's reach and revenue
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring clinicians and corporate partners
Lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture
Monitor KPIs, financial targets, and performance metrics; prepare reports for directors
Ensure full compliance with CQC and GDC standards and maintain a gold-standard patient journey
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and manage local promotional campaigns
Minimum 3 years' experience in dental practice management
Proven success in business development, patient retention, and growth strategies
Strong leadership and people management skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Knowledge of dental software systems (e.g., SOE Exact, Dentally, or similar) is desirable
