CNS/SMART Building Project Manager

London HQ or site based

Experience 5 years in structured cabling/site leadership MUST HAVE DEMONSTRABLE STRCUTRED CABLING SITE/PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We are looking for an experienced CNS/SMART Project Manager based London HQ and site in and around London and the South East/West.

In this exciting role you will lead structured cabling and network infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to handover.

We need you to on a daily basis

• Effectively manage end to end dlivery of projects
• Conduct site surveys and QA surveys - creating detailed project plans
• Ensure all documentation is in place
• Manage on site resource
• Budget tracking
• Design co-ordination
• Build and liase with clients ensuring a great relationship

You will have these skills

• Solid background in structured cabling (CAT6/6A, Fibre) 5 years plus
• Project management qualification
• ECS/CSCS
• Strong understanding of copper and fibre optic cabling systems
• Strong commercial awareness and site co-ordination skills
• Experience in working with design teams and main contractors
• Be able to raise RFI s with confidence
• Manage change control
• Lead from the front
