Assistant Quantity Surveyor Location: London, England We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on a major Tunnelling project in their London office on a permanent basis. Responsibilities: Overseeing site activities, ensuring all work aligns with project plans and specifications. Supporting the Quantity Surveyor and Senior Surveyors in managing subcontractor and labour packages. Managing and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract. Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team for smooth project delivery. Requirements: Experience working as either a Trainee, Graduate or Assistant Quantity Surveyor within the Construction or Infrastructure space. Ability to work with Site teams, contractors and external parties to discus the project's progress and understand and issues. Confidently spoken and able to successful influence and engage with suppliers and contractors. Strong understanding of CAD and able to review and support design drawings.
