Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the building. Complete routine site inspections and engineering checks. Respond to reactive maintenance issues, identifying faults and carrying out repairs. Undertake general electrical, mechanical and minor fabric maintenance, including lighting faults, leaks and water-related issues. Manage and supervise specialist subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely and to the required standard. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with site procedures. Work closely with the Engineering Manager, Compliance Manager and wider engineering team to maintain the building to a high standard. Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota.
