Are you a proven leader who can drive business growth and deliver outstanding projects?

We're working with a respected, independent UK consultancy with a thriving building structures team in London. As they continue to expand, they're looking for an experienced Technical Director to start up a new team-bringing both strategic insight and hands-on technical expertise.

You'll play a key role in securing new business, nurturing client relationships, and guiding project delivery across a diverse portfolio. While you'll lead and support a capable team, your own technical input will remain critical-this is a role for someone who stays close to the detail and leads by example.

About you:

  • Strong business development skills and a solid industry network
  • Proven leadership experience in building structures
  • Commercial and financial acumen
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to inspire teams

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary and benefits package, with flexible and remote working options tailored to your needs.
