Matchtech is currently seeking a skilled Site Agent to oversee highway projects in London. This contract role focuses on Transport for London (TFL) schemes, including road upgrades and cycleway installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and supervising the day-to-day operations on TFL highway projects
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications
  • Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Monitoring project progress and maintaining project documentation
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Providing technical guidance and support to on-site personnel
  • Reporting on project status to senior management
  • Facilitating effective communication and problem-solving on-site
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in managing highway projects, particularly within the HTP sector
  • Strong understanding of TFL schemes and project requirements
  • Proven ability to supervise and coordinate multiple on-site activities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Relevant qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
