This position follows a 4 on, 4 off day shift schedule and forms part of an on-site engineering team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, emergency response, and remedial works. Candidates must be fully qualified in either electrical or mechanical disciplines, holding City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 certifications.Duties:

• Single and Three Phase Power
• Motors
• Generators (on/off load tests) LV/HV
• Shutdowns
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarm Test

• Minor Plumbing Works
• Tap Temperatures
• Sprinkler Systems

• BMS Operations

Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable
• Statuary compliance
• Communicate with the client
