Senior Electrical Design Engineer - London - Hybrid / On Site

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading mechanical and electrical contractor in a long-term contract position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis (3 days a week) on site in Central London. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of residential projects, with an experienced and motivating team.

-Competitive daily rate of 400- 450 (depending on experience)

Key responsibilities:

-Design electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure

-Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and specifications

-Liaise with the BIM Team and site installation team

-Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability targets

-Support project delivery from concept to completion

What we are looking for:

-Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar

-Experienced in Stage 5 Design

-Experience working on multidiscipline projects across all market sectors with a particular focus on Residential in a Senior position

-Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant software

-Strong teamwork and communication skills
