A leading multidisciplinary construction and engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to join their dynamic and collaborative team based in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take a key role in delivering high-quality BIM solutions across a range of prestigious projects.
The successful candidate will play an integral part in developing and managing Building Information Models throughout all project stages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and coordination across multiple disciplines. Working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers, the Senior BIM Coordinator will take ownership of BIM workflows, standards, and processes to support the delivery of innovative, data-driven design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage BIM models across all project phases.
Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
Support and mentor junior BIM staff, promoting best practices.
Troubleshoot model issues and ensure quality assurance across all BIM deliverables.
Stay current with industry developments, software updates, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Technician within the construction, architecture, or engineering sectors.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and associated BIM software.
Strong understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and project coordination processes.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
Offer:
Salary up to 55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Based full-time in a modern City of London office - 5 days a week.
