About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Seismic Software Engineer to join a leading financial services organisation in London. This role will focus heavily on the development, configuration, integration and ongoing enhancement of the Seismic Sales Enablement Platform, ensuring it supports business-critical sales, marketing and client engagement activities.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience working with Seismic, with the ability to develop and maintain platform functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, implement integrations and optimise content management workflows.

This is a technical engineering position requiring practical Seismic platform experience rather than simply using Seismic as an end user.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, configure and maintain solutions within the Seismic platform, ensuring functionality aligns with business requirements.

  • Manage and enhance Seismic content management capabilities, including content libraries, metadata, permissions and automated workflows.

  • Develop, maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Seismic and enterprise applications, including CRM systems and other business platforms.

  • Utilise Seismic APIs and integration capabilities to support automation, data exchange and platform connectivity.

  • Configure and optimise Seismic platform features, templates, content delivery processes and user access controls.

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues relating to Seismic configuration, integrations, performance and content accessibility.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, technology and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical Seismic solutions.

  • Support Seismic platform upgrades, enhancements, testing and deployment activities.

  • Maintain technical documentation, platform standards and operational best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency through automation, integration and process optimisation.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on Seismic experience, including platform configuration, technical implementation, integration or development.

  • Demonstrable experience working with Seismic Sales Enablement, including content management, workflows, templates and platform administration.

  • Experience developing or supporting Seismic API integrations with other enterprise applications.

  • Strong understanding of Seismic content structures, metadata, permissions, user management and content distribution.

  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within Seismic environments.

  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication and enterprise application integration.

  • Ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver Seismic platform enhancements.

  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications within complex organisational environments.

Desirable Skills
  • Experience integrating Seismic with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms.

  • Knowledge of Seismic LiveDocs, LivePages or automation capabilities.

  • Experience with JavaScript, Python, C# or other languages used in enterprise integrations.

  • Understanding of CI/CD, version control and software development best practices.

  • Experience working with content management systems, digital asset management or sales enablement technologies.

  • Previous experience within financial services, investment management or asset management.

  • Experience supporting enterprise platform migrations, upgrades or transformation programmes.
