• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive mechanical maintenance across the site.
• Work on a range of building services systems, including HVAC, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and pipework.
• Support other disciplines where required to ensure smooth running of site operations.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to high standards and in compliance with H&S procedures.
• Liaise with clients and management to ensure a professional service is delivered at all times.

What you'll bring:

• Recognised mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a commercial building maintenance environment.
