Engineering Manager (Mechanical Bias)

85,500 + bonus City of London Client-Side Package

Commercial Tower Building Maintenance

GH Engage are partnered with an end user company who are seeking an Engineering Manager with a background in mechanical engineering (HVAC/Plumbing/Building Fabric).

The Engineering Manager, along with the existing management team, will lead a team of in-house Shift Engineers in delivering mechanical, electrical, and critical engineering maintenance to a state-of-the-art commercial tower.

We are looking to speak to candidates with the following experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Engineering Manager/Technical Services Manager role or similar.
  • 3+ years of experience within commercial towers/high rise buildings.
  • Mechanical Engineering qualifications - Level 3 Eng.Tech/I.Eng.
  • Large closed commercial and domestic water systems.
  • A good working knowledge of assets such as plumbing; HVAC systems, controls, refrigeration and electrical/mechanical and experience managing cooling towers.
  • Management of shift teams.
  • Customer facing (high level banking tenants with their own technical staff).
  • HVAP experience.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with excellent benefits, including;
