FM Contract Manager

- Oversee the delivery of hard FM services, ensuring all agreed KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
- Lead and manage an on-site engineering and support team, maintaining high performance and service standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing the relationship on a daily basis.
- Prepare and deliver reports for both client and internal management reviews.
- Develop operational strategies to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Identify and manage opportunities to grow contract revenue and enhance client satisfaction.
- Represent the business at client and stakeholder meetings.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering hard services FM contracts.
- Strong technical and managerial background within a commercial FM environment.
- Proven experience managing contracts with values exceeding £1.5m per annum.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience in business development.
- Relevant management and technical qualifications (e.g., HNC, IOSH/NEBOSH, IWFM).
