Commercial Building Maintenance City of London

• Salary: 52,000
• Working Hours:Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm

GH Engage is partnered with a leading commercial maintenance provider who are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to be based in the City of London.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrable history in commercial building maintenance and facilities, as well as relevant Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualifications.

Duties as Engineering Supervisor:

• Establish & manage Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule
• Providing leadership and assistance to a team in delivering planned and reactive maintenance to the plant room and landlord services.
• Supervision of permanent/temporary workers, and subcontractors.
• Strong & effective communication with the client; answering client queries & complaints.
• Computer literacy & timely communication.

Engineering Supervisor - Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering roles (electrical/mechanical).
• Experience ensuring compliance; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Engineering qualifications; Electrical or Mechanical level 3 or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:
