Electrical Shift Engineer City of London Up to £53,000

A leading FM provider is seeking a skilled Electrical Shift Engineer to join their team on a continental shift at a high-specification commercial site in the City of London. This is a static role focused on electrical and general building services maintenance.

Responsibilities for the Electrical Shift Engineer:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems

  • Perform fault finding, repairs, and plant room checks across key assets

  • Support statutory compliance tasks (e.g. fire alarms, emergency lighting, water treatment)

Requirements for the Electrical Shift Engineer:

  • Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an electrically-biased building services role

  • Strong understanding of health & safety and statutory compliance
