Permanent Electrical Project Manager Central London Office Fit-Out Projects

Shero Talent Consultancy are seeking a permanent Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial projects in Central London, including office fit-outs, Cat A & B, and shell & core works. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to join a growing and forward-thinking contractor.

The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to budgets, and strict compliance with health & safety standards. Duties include:

• Planning, coordinating, and managing electrical installations across multiple commercial projects

• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and liaising with clients

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to required quality standards

• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation

• Maintaining health & safety standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations

• Reporting progress and managing project risks

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial projects

• Strong knowledge of office fit-outs, Cat A/B works, and shell & core projects

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders

• Health & safety conscious and committed to quality delivery
