We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven track record in maintaining and ensuring the compliance of mechanical systems in commercial environments. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems for a high-end corporate site.

Key Responsibilities:

• PPM's and Reactive works
• HVAC Maintenance
• AHU's & FCU's
• Plumbing maintenance
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Updating site log books
• Provide further works reports where required
• Completing all works to a high standard
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks
• General Building maintenance electrical or mechanical

Requirements: Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds or similar) 4+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance Proven track record in commercial water treatment Strong knowledge of pumps, AHUs/FCUs, and boilers Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
