We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Critical Services Technician to join our dynamic shift team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of critical building services, supporting our clients and colleagues to deliver best-in-class facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the shift team in the provision of high-quality service delivery

• Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) on a daily basis

• Undertake and maintain day-to-day Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) records

• Carry out general housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and compliant working environment

• Promote and instill best working practices across all activities

• Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures

• Proactively support colleagues, fostering motivation and commitment to the client, contract, and company

• Take a hands-on, solution-focused approach to resolve day-to-day operational issues

• Monitor and review permits and maintenance working practices to ensure standards are upheld

• Fully review, understand, and be ready to act on all emergency procedures

• Liaise effectively with tenants and clients at all levels

• Collaborate closely with other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• Understand and demonstrate company values and behaviours at all times

• Time-served with a minimum academic qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Several years of relevant experience, including time in a similar role within a critical environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with a positive, proactive "Can do" attitude

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and independently

• Must successfully complete and pass Sterling background checks as part of the hiring process
