Commercial Gas Engineer£50,000 - £56,000 London We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a large engineering team, covering multiple commercial office spaces across London. You'll play a key role in ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and energy-efficient while working as part of a supportive and skilled facilities team. The Role: As a Commercial Gas Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Planned preventative maintenance on commercial gas and HVAC systems.
- Reactive repairs and emergency callouts across a portfolio of offices.
- Installation and commissioning of new gas equipment where required.
- Fault-finding and diagnostics on boilers, burners, and associated plant.
- Ensuring compliance with gas safety regulations and company standards.
- Working closely with the wider FM team to maintain efficient building operations.
- Commercial Gas qualifications (e.g. COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1A).
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience working within commercial FM/building services.
- £50,000 - £56,000
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Travel Time Paid
- 1-in-8 on Call rota (£120 standby)
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
