Building Services Maintenance EngineerLondon£45,000 - £48,000We currently have a great opportunity for a Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join an established and reputable maintenance provider to cover a portfolio of sites across London. Working Monday to Friday, 8-5, the role will cover planned and reactive maintenance building services on commercial properties, working for a maintenance provider who are continuing to be awarded new contracts and grow as a business.Successful candidates will be experienced with Building Maintenance and HVAC systems, being able to work independently whilst also being able to work part of a team. Engineers should have at least three years commercial building services maintenance sector with no qualifications needed, however electrical, mechanical, A/C, plumbing qualifications will be beneficial. • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Statutory compliance duties
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• Tap Temperatures
• Flushing
• Water treatment
• Sprinklers
• Filters
• Belts
• AHUs, FCUs
• General Building Services / Fabric tasks

Requirements

• Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds in Electrical Installations, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, Air Conditioning or any other relevant qualification)
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Client facing
• Experience with paperwork including log books

Salary and Benefits

• Monday to Friday, 8-5 working week
