BMS Manager

Are you ready to take ownership of the BMS delivery on some of the UK's most advanced data centre projects?Clear. are looking for an experienced BMS Manager to lead the design, coordination and commissioning of complex Building Management Systems across large-scale, mission-critical environments.

London - Data Centre Project

  • Salary up to 100,000

Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for all BMS project activities from design to handover.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with MEP, electrical, ICT, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth integration across disciplines.
  • Review and validate design drawings, control philosophies, and system architecture.
  • Lead Factory & Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) and Integrated System Testing (IST).
  • Manage BMS subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to spec.
  • Serve as the key technical contact for clients, consultants, and vendors on all BMS-related matters.

Desired Experience:

  • Strong technical background in Building Management Systems within data centre or other mission-critical projects.
  • Proven experience leading design, integration, and commissioning phases.
  • Deep understanding of control systems, networking, and third-party integrations (UPS, CRAC, chillers, etc.).
  • A proactive mindset for problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
